Whether you are new to cooking or a cooking lover, this workshop is custom-made for you! (this year we have a variety of recipes from different cultures and one made directly from Nosy Komba)

Marcel van Lier is the Grand Chef of Restaurant Latour, in Hotel Huis Ter Duin. Once more the hotel collaborates with Sunshine in Nosy Komba, presenting us a delicious dessert.

“Sourdough bread recipe”
Every year, Inês (eCostura) collaborates with us by giving workshops. This time, she made a workshop on how to make sourdough bread with sourdough starter. Enjoy the recipe!

“Homemade Pasta”
Lorenzo is one of our volunteers, who has shared with us how to make italian (homemade!!) Pasta, with a very interesting sauce, different to what we are used to!!

This recipe is coming directly from one of the women in the village and she is cooking the traditional Malagasy Cookies. Try this exotic recipe!!

All the funds raised through this event will help us support the running expenses of the school (with material and personnel) for the next year, guaranteeing that, even in these difficult times, École Banana will keep bringing the best possible education to more than 400 kids and the medical centre will ensure medical care to the local population of more than 1000 people.
